- Shoes that will protect your feet and are ok if they get wet (an old pair of trainers is ideal) NOT jandals, crocs or open shoes etc
- Shorts – rather than long trousers as we will be clambering in and around water
- Warm jersey
- Windproof jacket
- Lunch
- Drink - there are no drinking taps
- Change of clothes - just in case
